Florés is inspired by the beautiful rolling hills around Arraiolos, which each spring erupt in a fleeting but unforgettable burst of colour. For a few short weeks, the landscape is carpeted with wild blooms.
This design translates that experience onto silk with an oversized bold scale, hand-painted approach. Drawing from traditional tree-lace design layouts, the motifs have been modernised to capture the spontaneity and vibrancy of the wildflowers in bloom.
