Brings together two old friends sharing what they love.

To begin, participants are invited to choose a comfortable lying down position and then guided through a 20-minute Yoga Nidra. They will enter a state of deep rest infused with loving awareness. Followed by an immersive, hands-on Embroidery workshop led by Margot Warre, founder
of Margot Design who will teach you how to write an embroidered love message to take home.

The 3-hour workshop will include these elements:
- Yoga Nidra session guided by Suyin Cavanagh
- Discover the history and cultural significance of embroidery
- Practice basic stitches such as running stitch, backstitch and satin stitch
- Sketch & embroider a personal secret love message

All tools and materials are provided, including:
- 1 Cotton Handkerchief
- Embroidery Threads
- Needle
- Mat & Props

Please bring a personal item of clothing of someone you have crush on.

While in a small group setting, each participant will receive individual guidance and attention throughout the workshop. This workshop is suitable for beginners and enthusiasts. No previous experience is necessary.

Participants will leave the workshop feeling rested, and with their finished love message and a deeper understanding of how secret messages have been held in embroideries over time.
